by Beanurse123. HELP! Archer grades down right before NCLEX. Hi all! So I am taking the nclex for the second time in a few days and I'm feeling okay or at least I was yesterday yikes. I NEED to pass this time around due to a job opportunity. I've been using archer this time around and I really do prefer it- it's sm better than Uworld.

It just seems more legit in my mind.Jul 15, 2021 · It’s VERY possible to get low scores (in the 50’s) and still pass NCLEX as long as you are reviewing basic content and understand that the test is based on SAFETY. So, content and choosing safe answers is key to passing. My scores for the individual topics were: Adult health: 78%. Child health: 74%. Archer - 67% (63% of QBANK questions used). Archer CAT - did 4 with all pass. Archer assessments - did 6 total: 4 consecutive "very high", then 1 "borderline pass", then another "very high" My worry with Archer is, I had 4 consecutive "very high" change of passing on the assessment with and the 5th one I had a "borderline chance".I finished Kaplan and came to archer so personally archer seems way way easier but again that’s cause Kaplan is nuts. So far I’ve done 470 questions with 66% correct, took 2 assessments and a CAT. Assessment 1- 68% (Very high) Assessment 2- 69% (Very high) Cat- 68% (Pass) Again I feel like I’m only getting these scores cause of Kaplan.

My scores on boot camp were far lower than those on uworld. But a 69 is really good. I also think the uworld/ boot camp combo is the way to go. Good luck, you’ll do great I’m sure of it! This is reassuring as someone who’s getting nothing above a 56% on boot camp😂😭.

I have inconsistent scores on Archer. I started with low scores to borderline. Then 3 high/highest scores then it went back to borderline. After that I took two readiness exam and then the scores went back up to very high on both. Tonight, I scored borderline. My Nclex is around the corner and I’m feeling defeated from studying.

After having studied uworld for 2 weeks by this time, archer made a lot more sense and I did a lot better. The actual test was set up exactly like archer. My scores ranged from 58% to 92% with all Pass and highly likely to pass. Definitely try to go through the whole quiz bank if you can and read the rationals on the ones you get wrong and ones you guessed on.

Archer is the greatest. I took my first NCLEX on June 19th and I failed miserably after going to 150 after using Uworld. On August 31, 2022, I took the NCLEX a second time only using Archer. First the rapid 2 day review is a game charger.
