Trash is built into the taxes here also so no separate bill. Recycling is like 18-20 a quarter. I don't think saying they pay for trash is that deceptive, could be just letting you know there is no separate bill. Here in Beech Grove it's built into the sewer bill; something like $15/no as I recall. Hope that helps.
