Eleonoras has a good weapon skill, but the Bleed is low (aroung 77-80 at high arcane), compare to 110ish if you do the Blood infuse on normal Twinblade (str build). Eleonora's Poleblade shouldn't be your only weapon. There are a lot of enemies and bosses who are immune to bleeding/resistant to fire or are too mobile for you to proc bleeding. Haven't tried the weapon skill in PVP, I imagine it would get you killed by anybody that knows how to avoid it, but in PVE is does great poise damage and good damage + bleed. I dual wield it with a Blood Godskin Peeler (111 bleed). With Rotten Winged Sword Insignia and Lord of Blood's Exultation it seems to do pretty well.
