Here is what I have done since then to try to get it to start: 1. Removed the old fuel in the Rubicon and replaced it with new fuel. 2. Opened the carb and cleaned it out with carb cleaner. 3. Cleaned out the air cleaner housing. I checked and the carb is getting fuel. The choke you just unscrew the plastic nut from the carb and it all pulls out. The carb heater will unplug at the wiring harness. Just follow the wires back to the connector. Doing a little research on this someone commented (don't remember who or where) that it is unnecessary because of the fine screen on the fuel valve stem inside the gas tank.

Best bet is to drain the gas tank by pulling hose off carb and opening fuel valve.
