I do see the mods present in game after the download status stops but this is only possible if you restart the game. So I guess black ops 3 is ghosting its custom content for now. tl;dr Mods download in the background and work only after you restarted the game Mods do not show that they downloading but show how much they have downloaded.In Dr. Monty's Factory, vials of Liquid Divinium are placed in vats for a random chance at one of 3 GobbleGum rarities.
