While it is on the main street of Muldraugh (= zombies galore), the Sunstar Motel can be extremely secure and completely self-sufficient if you take the time to clear and barricade it, and in my opinion is one of the prettiest buildings in Zomboid.

If you visit Muldraugh your best bet would be to loot the private storage lots (although you might need a sledgehammer to break into some garages), warehouse at the very top of the town (next to the speedway) and McCoy Logging Company, which has plentiful of industrial sites with tons ...
