Malfeasance/Lucky Pants is absurdly good for Gambit. Proc that damage buff and watch the primeval meatball get devoured. Malf + LP is great everywhere. Much more accurate at range than crimson or last word, shoots fast and has a deep mag. Personally w/ lucky pants I would look into a 180 with vorpal and use it to melt champs. I think the officer revolver works well with it. Or you could do the gambit one with built in unstoppable (works really well b/c the explosion is unstop and not the individual bullets so you could double down in champ mods)
