It depends on the exact weapon or element. For e.g. the Kjarr Ice Chargeblade absolutely destroys the Safi Ice CB or Beotodus CB. For Raw, Fatalis is meta and it's so good that it trivializes most hunts. I only used Elemental for Alatreon or Kulve Taroth. Fatalis will murder anything else.
