This will improve visability while pulling a trailer, especialy with a flatbed sticking out behind the cab.I remember seeing a post about these Chevy mirrors on an OBS. These actually look cleaner but the one I'm thinking of they originally had the small Ford power mirrors, took them off where they fold, leaving the base of it attached to the door, and put a bolt through the main cylindrical body of the Chevy mirrors and into the door bracket.
That was to drill holes in the spot where posts go fro the bed next to the cab and use 2 or 3 of the antenna mounting bracket backs for spacing purposes and mount a Wilson 2000 Trucker antenna with a 10" or a little biggershaft going between the coil and the mount. The more of the wip sticking above the cab the better.
