I normally use the throttle half of my Thrustmaster HOTAS for collective inputs. I don't even use the stick half in Arma, preferring the mouse and keyboard for attitude inputs. You cannot. You can have an AI in the gunner seat and tell them what to fire at though. Press ' T ' to lock onto targets and your gunner will target them. For all those that randomly get stuck with freelook in helicopters when playing multiplayer, try getting out from the pilot seat, jump in the rear/passenger seat, get out and then back to pilot seat. Only been able to try this twice but it has so far had a 100% rate of success.
