Abs light on chevy silverado.
After test, code was cleared, no abs or brake lights or tranny slippage but still have speedometer problems. I still have to check wire. Chevy has created own problems and I question their ethics. The 2004 Chevrolet Silverado has 3 problems reported for abs and brake warning lights came on while driving. Average repair cost is $0 at 67,500 miles.

Pretty much that's the scoop - if you put the ABS 60amp fuse in the ABS light goes off but it constantly calls for the abs to engage and there are litterally no brakes. At a minimum, the ABS must 'know' what speed all the wheels are and has the ability to control the braking wheel by wheel.
