Mace and Rapier are good, but they're really boring. life ring +3, robflynn, third dragon ring, leo if you want + swap to resistance rings when damaged or whatever. Ring of Blades and Flynn's Ring are ideal for both weapons. I'd personally suggest the Chloranthy ring for both as well.
