ATI is by far harder than actual NCLEX. I've had a few professors tell me this. And after having taken both NCLEX and ATI I can confirm that this is true. I only did the study mode for questions. Most important thing is reading and understanding the rationales. I ended up with an 83% on the ATI Comp and passed nclex on first try. I genuinely like ATI.It also does not teach you questions strategies and tips for the NCLEX. I know HURST is expensive but for me it was extremely helpful. Also Archer, while its not perfect, the questions are much more similar to the NCLEX than U-World and its way cheeper. Also for a free resource try nurse labs, they have NCLEX questions and they are great.

Mist4j. • 3 yr. ago. For me, they were nothing like ATI. They were very similar to UWorld, but the questions are more direct and straightforward compared to UWorld questions. The questions are also usually shorter and give you less information (I think). I failed my NCLEX a few days ago, but IMO the NCLEX is at the same level/easier than UWorld.

It is a little hard and abstract for me to explain in another language, but once you went into clinical it made much more sense. I used to make fun of the professor because as an idiot 19 years old I thought he was high or something. Once I started working, I found I could plan and prioritize a lot easier than other fellow nursing graduates.
