The best disclaimer which can stand out with CBBE and UUNP is the fact that one can have belly physics and the other can't. The new CBBE doesn't allow for belly physics where UUNP does. For the most part it seems cbbe gets most of the development these days when it comes to new stuff or porting stuff to it. A lot of people are probably like me that use unp are oldrim veterans that are using unp, uunp and bhunp to get the largest variety and almost have the same body across all three with only slight minor variations to the shape.
