For guns, Fluctus, Imperator Vandal, and Velocitus are the top ones. The Grattler is decent outside of open space as well.

Honestly, transmuting stockpiled rare mods can give some strong archwing and archgun mods. Some come from killing archwing enemies, some come from mission rewards, some come from Profit Taker.
