So I went ahead and parked the car and the "D" was still flashing. I turned the car off and on again, and the "D" wasn't blinking anymore. All appeared normal on the dash. The only thing that I can remember happening before the "D" started blinking was driving in a puddle in the parking lot before I started backing the car in.
My 2016 Honda Accord had this blinking D3/03 too. This came up along with check engine light, power steering, traction control, and tire pressure lights. Car went into limp mode and lost power. Pepboys replaced my throttle body and gas pedal.
