The best the other tests can tell you is if there’s at least one boy or not. However, the point of these tests is not to determine gender. It’s to look for any genetic abnormalities. Gender is just a bonus.
I know nothing about the harmony test but I'm certain that the technology used to determine gender is accurate. This is in fact not new and has been used for over two decades, just not in this country.
