I think that might be the problem because you need the 1.12.2 version of optifine since rlcraft runs on that one. At a guess I'd say 3ghz processor, dedicated video card with say at least 2gb memory on it and say 16gb ram with 5 or more assigned to Minecraft. Shaders use more of everything so dedicated graphics and more ram will help a lot as will faster processor. 2.Certain baubles in RLCraft (dragon eye, ring of enchanted eyes) give night vision.
