yeah vex strike force needs some big changes. Right now there is a 30 minute period at the top of every hour (example, 1:45pm to 2:15pm) where there is a CHANCE a vex strike force will spawn. You are correct. The only way to obtain new exotics is legend lost sectors or the legendary campaign. For swarmers they need to be unlocked by completing the campaign on legend then you can grind legend lost sectors for new rolls. Nah you can just get them from the lost sector.
