However, I was able to re-add these particular shows. Multiple times I've done a Restart/System Refresh/actually unplugging the DVR.You can keep your recordings for up to one year, but you may need to erase some recorded programs from time to time in order to make room for new ones. The X1 DVR will automatically erase programs when space is needed. The DVR will delete the oldest recordings first. However, you can change the recording option to save For 1 Year.@XfinityKaren - I just did a search on Auto Pad and was so happy because this is just what I was looking for!Unfortunately when I found the setting on our DVR it was already set to on and had apparently been on for a long time. So for some reason it's not working on our DVR as recent recordings are being cut off just short of the end.
32 Messages. Thus far Xfinity has not responded to a cause or solution of the issue. One thing I did do was go into settings and toggle the smart resume (i.e. turn it off and then back on). This seemed to help on some more recent recordings but I can't tell for sure if it actually fixed anything.

All this does is turn off pause and return the video to play mode. The slow motion feature obviously does not work on the new XG1V4 box. I have an X11 remote.
