Adept ummortal gets up to 80 range(+ another 10 with keep away), meanwhile the ikelos smg gets 79 range and gets good perks like killing wind, dsr, threat detector and ttt. Unless you get a perfect immortal the ikelos might just be better for you. Or don't, you know. I can't force you.
