If you're willing to venture into Queens - Cast Iron Pot 3 is a really good all you can eat and the quality of the meat is solid (they also have really good squid and chorizo and other stuff that's unique). Dinner is only $32.95/person and there are lots of good cuts offered.

The thin sliced meat was dry, and the spicy bulgogi was just thinly sliced beef with some spicy sauce drizzled on top. Not marinated.
