Might look more vibrant on the Switch OLED because its screen is on the Vivid color setting by default. You can check under System Settings -> System -> Console Screen Colors. I noticed the same thing and when I changed the color setting to Standard, C1 in game optimizer and Switch OLED looked very similar.
