Lovely nails was recommended to me by one of my friends who lives in Sioux Falls. I was told there a family owned business and do a wonderful job. When I arrived on August 15 at 5:30 I wrote my name down on the sheet as instructed and said that I wanted a manicure with shellac. What I got was not a manicure at all.

I went to the Lovely Nails this weekend on the west side of 1st Ave (there are 2 across the street from each other) for a shellac manicure. Price was good ($25) and the final product looks ok, but the salon is VERY dirty and the instruments used on my cuticles were not cleaned between customers.
