If there is, it would have to decap better and precrimp and crimp a whole lot better than a MEC 600, and not bridge shot and powder. A .410 might be a case where a single stage is the best way to load shells. I will say, that reloading .410's is one of the few examples of actually saving a large percentage of the new cost of shells.

The MEC 600 uses a ring resizer, as does Hornaday & RCBS, and P_W resizes by pressing the hull into a sleeve that carries it all the way through the reloading cycle. Not sure what Spolar or Dillon does, but think they do similar. All metallic (rifle/ pistol) reloaders use the same principle as the ring sizer.I own and rebuild lots of older MEC loaders and have and use many of the older "fixed" bars. The 12-0 bar will still throw 18 to 18.5gr. of Red Dot and 18.5 to 19gr. of Green Dot with 1&1/8oz. of shot. I use these in old MEC 300 and 400 model loaders with Fed. paper hulls.Burnt Powder. Wipe the dirt off and oil the parts that move with the exception of the charge bar and the hinge where the top folds back. They do not need any lubrication. The charge bar needs to be clean and if you lube it at all, a little graphite or silicon spray will do the trick.
