The reason I'm giving a 4 star is specifically due to the hot dog and the unglazed mochinut. When you walk in, staff are friendly and greet you. The space is a bit sparse, reminiscent of a traditional doughnut shop but no tables to sit at. There is a backdrop to take pictures. The Mochinut has a completely different texture than these two types of doughnuts. It is soft and chewy. If I had to pick a doughnut type most similar to it, I would say it is like a Krispy Kreme doughnut in terms of how light and airy it is. The frosting holds most of the flavor in the Mochinut.
