I am trying to complete the Yura questline to obtain the Ronin armor set, but I cannot find him in any location it says he will be. All I found was a Nagakiba where he was initially supposed to be near the Seaside Ruins. Did I lock myself out somehow? Keep both, use them depending on the situation. Have a ranged art on Uchigatana, like Hoarfrost (this art is absolutely broken).
