In my casee Airpod Pro 2 on Windows 10 laptop. It was 5.2 bluetooth card. Upgrading to a Intel Killer 1675x card solved my problem. Airpod Pro 2 now connect and work properly. Laptop is a Legion 5 Pro that previously used a Realtek wifi / bluetooth card.
