2016 Honda Odyssey with 62,000 miles. It has the flashing D light, check engine light, check transmission and check FCW and LCW system. I just replaced my battery with an AGM, die hard battery. That isn’t the issue. I believe it’s the transmission throwing a fault and the fix would be the software update from the dealer.

I have not even made it 20k miles out from the rebuild and recently the d has started blinking. There is no one action that causes this random problem to occur, but it did occur once when the brakes were used and twice when the gas peddle was depressed. The other 4 times were just random in nature.
