They charged me $85 to diag it and told me I needed a new stereo/nav system swap for a cost of $800. The GS4 should connect easily with Uconnect. Since you've already disconnected the battery, that should have reset the related modules, I was going to suggest pulling the fuses (they really need a reset option on the Uconnect system). I'd also delete the profile and re-pair the phone, but I doubt that's the issue.
