Yes, getting through a wall with 2 c4 is only 50 explosives and it takes 40 with rockets but you need to consider that each rocket costs 150 gunpowder. Getting through 1 wall with rockets takes 2800 gunpowder and c4 takes 2500. A 300 gunpowder different seems small but it can be a big difference when you're going through dozens of walls or bases.not all cheats are blatant.
