The problem with Rosewood is all of the nearby warehouses are full of veggies, unrefrigerated, so probably rotten. I worked in a warehouse that kept veggies, the whole thing was refrigerated. Maybe it's a 90s thing. Also, Rosewood doesn't have any storage units. Those are the big two locations to find a sledgehammer.
