Any PSA rifle AR, ak or pistol have multiple reports of firing pin issues. Alot of light primer strikes and abnormal ejection patterns. I would get a new bolt and headspaced, and 500 rounds through it. Me personally having that issue Understand your rifles specs and weaknesses and what it likes like ammo and magazines.
