Non-Existent customer service. I received a Factor 8x6 shed from Argos and when I opened the one box there was a cracked piece of wall in the packaging. I logged a case for a replacement part directly with Keter UK and the customer service agent says it will take approximately a week for a replacement part. Terrible customer service, the storm broke my brackets on the roof and the roof blew off, the roof is undamaged and I contacted keter to ask if they sold or have supply of new roof brackets. We don't sell spare parts and require a receipt of purchase and then can send parts, its been a number of years and I don't have the receipt.
