Underworld was a war offense team. Defense is different. Defense teams are just suckering us into spending resources for the sole purpose of making other players buy new characters. They WANT defense teams that kick in everyone's dick, it's why they are always generous, including "accidentally" giving out a ton of free shards like Hero Asgardians.

For example, vs an Eternals team you can add Emma to make your team go first (assuming enemy team doesn't have Emma).
