Switch atmosphere sigpatches.
It's still pretty simple: Go to Atmosphere's github page, find the most recent release and grab the main files and fuseeprimary. Go to your sigpatches source and get those files too. Simply drag and drop Atmos files on the SD root and say YES when asked to replace. Do the same for the sigpatches, but inside Atmos' folders instead.
The sigpatches are, as of now, pulled directly from the Gbatemp threads.
