It all depends. I think Pearson Vue's HQ is on the East Coast. I took mine late morning on a Monday in Hawaii but the test date showed up as the next day on the Quick Results page. I would wait at least 30-36 hours before checking for Quick Results. I was able to view mine about 36 hours from finishing my test.
