With Valkyr being a melee-focused frame you've got a couple decent options in mod form, namely Life Strike and Healing Return.Both of these work on her exalted claws. Back to the example, you took a 500 hit, so QT will subtract 500/23k x631 abt 14 energy here, so effectively give you a much higher ceiling of dmg buffer than normal hp build.
