If I disconnect the battery for a minute, it resets and it's good for a while again. When its acting up, my fan runs at 100% as well. No lights work, check the ground wire first. Not sure how you do any of this without a meter. (OK, I do, using a flashlight a a length of wire, but at my age, I am lazy. I have 3 multimeters around.
