It's not showing up for anyone because bungie disabled it due to cheese. Bungie disabled it due to an "issue." Either that means something was broken making it ridiculously hard or people found a way to cheese it and farm exotics insanely fast. The only other thing I can suggest is going around to some other lost sectors in the edz and clearing those normally too. Like skydock, excavation site, etc. There was a bug past few seasons with the nessus sectors where the flag wouldn't show up till you cleared/discovered a few others in the area. 1. Reply.
