Yes, you go noticeably faster with enhanced eager. nope. I’ve heard it does nothing for actual shatterskating but it lunges you further with a regular light attack. Not sure if this is factual but in this case if you can do the flat ground skate which requires a light attack, might push further than non enhanced.

Can I eager edge skate on controller? Sure if your quick enough. You absolutely can! If you're shatter skating I have found it easiest to change the shatterdive button to a tap instead of hold. As for well/bubble skating it's just timing.

You can get Eager Edge + BaS or Eager Edge + Cold Steel (Champ Stuns) and it's going to give The Other Half a run for its money. It can be adept, however, it cannot be enhanced.
