I might take a level dip into Crossblooded Sorcerer (Water/ Undead). I'll get Mythic Path 3 (Lich) at character level 9, and I'll combined the Lich spellbook with Wizard. That with get me the required Wizard caster level for EK. So I can get 9th levels spells and Wiz caster level 22/ Magus caster level 7-8. Fun so far, but I have CRS.I mean, merged lich in general just ends up mostly using necromancy effects offensively. Edit: in case it wasn't clear, combining spellbooks is SUPER powerful and I can't imagine a case where it's not vastly superior to keeping them separate.

One other important note: this guide is written under the assumption that your character is NOT playing as a Lich or a Swarm-That-Walks. The latter is a guaranteed lock-out from Crusade mode and the former has mechanics that may not align with that is written here.
