Neither Prestige Pulsefire nor Normal Pulsefire are worth it, those skins are garbage and the last good ones from that skinline were the Twisted Fate, Shen and Riven ones. As someone with over 1.25m on lucian who's seen his highs and lows, this is one of his lows, this might possibly be the lowest i've seen him. It's a combination of meta and laning issues. Lucian naturally has an issue with killing tanks and brawlers so late game poses an issue.

Lucian's weakest matchups are Caitlyn (naturally) and Senna (as separate examples, god forbid you lane against them both) in my personal experience, although either can be solved with a good in-support.
