In general Champion is about defense and support while Fighter is about offense. I feel PF2E is quite good to just have a basic concept and go with the flow. I will just list the somewhat mandatory feats. 2: Cavalier Dedication 4: Impressive Mount (IMO this is just way too good to pass, the ability to move "for free" on your turn is just amazing)
