It's too bright, especially when going in that direction. Vivid weather just looks the best with rudy. At least to me. I have a 6800 oc, and I usually get 50 to 70 fps. It is higher in more empty areas. Textures can hurt, too. I switched from 4k to 2k, and it made a huge difference in performance. Greetings!This is a new tree mod made almost entirely of new custom trees! I created all the main Skyrim tree models using the free TreeIT software and converted them for use in Skyrim. These are mostly Deciduous trees.To do this hit Windows keyboard key and R key simultaneously, type sysdm.cpl and click OK. Select Advanced tab and under Performance click on Settings. Select Advanced tab and click on Change. Uncheck Automatically manage page file size for all drives. Select the drive where Nolvus is installed and click on Custom size.
Other ENB's I think are good are Rudy, Tetrachromatic, NLA, NLVA, the Grim & Somber series, Snapdragon Prime, Vanilla Ice Cream, Kountervibe and Snowfall. My big mesh and/or texture mods are: Optimized Vanilla Textures HD version. SMIM. Real Roads and HD road textures by Pfuscher. Noble Skyrim.

Short Answer: Yes. There are a lot of settings in ENB and a lot of mods that provide addons for ENB light. That guy is also running other intensive mods like hair and cloak physics. With a 3060ti you should be able to install all of them and get 60FPS depending on your CPU but if you don't you can just uninstall a handful of enb light addons or ...
