Offline mode is empty. No enemies spawn in offline mode, apparently. Edit: in case it wasn't obvious, I set "enable pvp" and put "horde". edit2: every setting about offline pve has been tried, no enemies spawn in offline. Set difficulty and bot amount to as online and check the boss spawn box. Hope this helps.
