I hate starting over. Personally, I'm not sure I would send a post production model back to Taurus.I mean seasoned veterans to chime in here. Sorry If I spoke too soon on this subject. Now the existing MilPro's PT111 and PT140 do not have the accessory rail, only the PT145 does. I believe the Laserguard LG-493 advertised on that page is made for the PT111 & PT140 which don't have the rail and it is not made for the PT145 that has the rail.Have three mags for my PT140. Two from Taurus and one Taurus OEM from Midway. The Midway (in Taurus factory bubble pack) was tighter than the originals when installing and removing. It wouldnt chamber the next round due to the firing pin sticking out. I had to keep field stripping the gun and pulling on the spring to reset the pin.
