Turtle beach usb transmitter not working.

My pair of Turtle Beach Stealth 600 g2 max's USB Transmitter just keeps cutting the power to my Xbox and not allowing it to turn on while the USB Transmitter is connected. When unplugged the Xbox works perfectly fine. I have tried changing the power cable to the Xbox and that doesn't seem to solve the issue.To do so, please do the following: 1.
