One thing that worked for me was to click on the assistant (chat). The assistant is mostly useless, but for paying the bill it was helpful and payment went through. When I try to go to My Xfinity or Change My Plan I get a page that says "Access Denied" "You don't have permission to access this page". All other sites work fine.
