Xfinity can't seem to get the message. I found out I was eligible for Peacock only because I had an SMS chat with support to get rid of a phone number. I was told I only had to sign into Peacock using my xFinity user ID and pw. Naturally that did not work. Not on the xFinity Flex 4K, Roku, Android or Apple TV. That Flex 4K was free forever as well.

It has not. I do notice Peacock no longer shows as an Add-On on the new account's bill, whereas it did have a line item on the old account's bill. Aug 25, 2023 · When I clicked the link in xfinity assistant it took me to peacock. I signed in and all seemed good. But when I closed the app and tried to open it again it said I do not have a current subscription. It gives me two paid options to choose. Peacock says it’s an Xfinity issue and I do not have a current subscription.
